【什么是質(zhì)控品】
1. 質(zhì)控品的來源:
質(zhì)控品的來源同校準(zhǔn)品大致相同,廠商可能會(huì)更具自己的要求添加了很多物質(zhì),此時(shí)有些物質(zhì)的添加量常常達(dá)到病理狀態(tài)的高濃度,在應(yīng)用于某一項(xiàng)目時(shí),對(duì)這個(gè)項(xiàng)目來說基質(zhì)效應(yīng)將更大。
2. 定值方法:
有些廠商會(huì)給自己的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品定一個(gè)定值范圍,這個(gè)定值范圍是由廠商聯(lián)合幾家使用同樣檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的臨床用戶,僅多次測(cè)定得出的均值。此時(shí)如果將該質(zhì)控品應(yīng)用于另一個(gè)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),由于方法學(xué)的不同,可能得出同廠商給出值有較大差異的值。此時(shí)不能認(rèn)為該檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確度不佳。此時(shí)需要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)都是用來測(cè)定新鮮血清的,不是用來測(cè)定質(zhì)控品或其他物質(zhì)的。檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)只有在檢測(cè)新鮮血清是得出的結(jié)果才具有溯源性。不同檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)之間只有在檢測(cè)新鮮血清時(shí)才具可比性。
